Linda Garner Betz

Linda Garner Betz graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee in 2008.  Vol fan through and through, Linda stayed in Knoxville and studied law at the University of Tennessee College of Law.  Linda focused her legal education on litigation by participating in various clinics.  In the Domestic Violence Clinic, she aided clients in obtaining Orders of Protection, while in the Education Practicum, she defended minors in truancy cases.  Linda also participated in the Advocacy Clinic by defending clients on various criminal charges.  In 2010, Linda was recognized for Academic Excellence in Trial Practice.  Linda earned her J.D. a semester early and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law with honors.  As an associate attorney at The Law Offices of Ogle, Elrod and Baril, Linda focuses her practice on personal injury, workers' compensation, and criminal defense.
